Biography: Prof Brij B. Gupta received the PhD degree from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee, India (One of the oldest technical institutes in Asia). In more than 17 years of his professional experience, he published over 500 papers in journals/conferences including 30 books and 10 Patents with over 20,000 citations. He has received numerous national and international awards including Canadian Commonwealth Scholarship (2009), Govt. of Canada, Visvesvaraya Faculty Research Fellowship Award (2017), MeitY, Govt of India, IEEE GCCE outstanding and WIE best paper awards and Best Faculty Award (2018 & 2019), NIT KKR, India respectively. Prof Gupta is also serving as Distinguished Research Scientist with LoginRadius Inc., USA which is one of leading cybersecurity companies in the world, especially in the field of customer identity and access management (CIAM). He is also selected in the 2021 and 2020 Stanford University’s ranking of the world’s top 2% scientists. He is also a visiting/adjunct professor with several universities (i.e. Temple University, Macquarie University, Yamaguchi University, University of Murcia, Deakin University, Staffordshire University, Swinburne University of Technology, etc) worldwide. He is also an IEEE Senior Member (2017) and also selected as 2021 Distinguished Lecturer in IEEE CTSoc. Dr Gupta is also serving as Member-in-Large, Board of Governors, IEEE Consumer Technology Society (2022-2024). Prof. Gupta is also leading IJSWIS, IJSSCI and IJCAC, IGI Global, as Editor-in-Chief. Moreover, he is also serving as lead-editor of Book Series with CRC, World Scientific and IET press. He also served as TPC members and organized/special session chairs in ICCE 2021, GCCE 2014-2021 and TPC Chair in 2018 INFOCOM:CCSNA Workshop, Publicity Co-chair in 2020 ICCCN, etc. Dr Gupta is also serving/served as Associate/Guest Editor of IEEE TII, IEEE TITS, IoT, IEEE Big Data, ASOC, FGCS, etc. At present, Prof. Gupta is working as Director, International Center for AI and Cyber Security Research and Innovations, and Full Professor with the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering (CSIE), Asia University, Taiwan. His research interests include cyber security, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, intrusion detection, blockchain technologies, cyber physical systems, social media and networking.

Prof. Lin William Cong

Biography: Lin William Cong is the Rudd Family Professor of Management and a tenured Professor of Finance at the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University, where he is the founding faculty director for the FinTech Initiative and the founder of the Digital Economy and Financial Technology (DEFT) Lab. He is also a Finance editor at the Management Science, an associate editor for multiple leading academic journals, a Research Associate (Asset Pricing) at the National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER), a Kauffman Foundation Junior Faculty Fellow, founder of multiple international research forums, a Poets & Quants World Best Business School Professor, and a 2022 Top 10 Quant Professor. Prior to joining Cornell, he served on the faculty of the Finance Group at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business where he created courses on “Quantimental Investment,” was doctoral fellow at the Stanford Institute for Innovation in Developing Economies, and a George Shultz Scholar at the Stanford Institute for Economic Policy Research. He has advised leading investment and FinTech firms including Ava Labs, Blackrock, Chainlink, DataYes, and Modular Asset management. He has also been consulted by or invited to advise government and regulatory agencies such as the Department of Justice, New York State Department of Financial Services, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Bank of Canada, the FBI, and the New York State Office of Attorney General.
Professor Cong’s research spans applied finance theory, FinTech, digital economy, entrepreneurship, and AI in finance. He and his coauthors are the first to introduce goal-oriented search and interpretable AI for finance, tokenomics that includes categorization of tokens, cryptocurrency pricing, and optimal token monetary policy design, centralization issues and dynamic incentives in blockchains and DeFi, and have developed tools for detecting market manipulation and better FinTech regulation, among others. He has won over 40 best paper prizes and research grants and is a highly sought-after keynote speaker at various international conferences and forums. He has also been invited to speak or teach at hundreds of world-renowned universities, venture funds, investment and trading shops, and government agencies such as IMF, Asset Management Association of China, Alibaba, SEC, and federal reserve banks. He received his Ph.D. in Finance and MS in Statistics from Stanford University, and A.M. in Physics jointly with A.B. in Math and Physics from Harvard University.

Biography: Dr. Ganesh Khekare is currently working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at Vellore Institute of Technology, India (NIRF Rank 09). He is pursuing Post Doc from University Lincoln, Malaysia. He has done a Ph.D. from Bhagwant University, India. He pursued a Master of Engineering from G H Raisoni College of Engineering, Nagpur in the year 2013, and a Bachelor of Engineering from Priyadarshini College of Engineering, Nagpur in 2010. He is UGC net exam qualified with 98.15 percentiles. He is a member of different Societies and professional bodies like ACM since 2014, a lifetime member of the ISTE, IEI, ISDS, and IEEE Senior Member, IAENG, IFERP, and IERD member since 2018.
He has more than 13 years of teaching and research experience. His main research work focuses on Data Science, Internet of Everything, Machine Learning, Computer Networks, Artificial Intelligence, etc. He has published more than 40 research articles in reputed international journals and conferences, including Thomson Reuters, IGI Global, Inderscience, Springer, IEEE, Taylor & Francis, etc. He has more than 270 google scholar citations. He has done 4 patents and 4 copyrights including international Canadian copyright. Provided guidance to more than 50 UG as well as PG research projects, currently guiding 5 PhD research scholar.
He has organized numerous international conferences, seminars, FDPs, and workshops. He has delivered several invited talks. He is an editorial board member, international advisory board member, associate editor, and guest editor for many International Journals. He serves as a reviewer for various reputed International Journals and Conferences. He participated in many international conferences worldwide as a core organizing committee member, technical program committee member, and Session Chair.
